Delivery policy

Free Delivery

  • Deliveries are FREE of charge to Mainland England, Scotland and Wales via a 3rd party courier employed on behalf of SimbashoppingUK. Please note some postcodes in Scotland and in more remote areas of mainland UK do not qualify for free delivery and have a flat rate of 250£. Please check the delivery information at checkout for exact details.  Please note that free delivery service applies only to the first attempt. Should the delivery fail due to the customer not being present, a re-delivery charge would apply.
  • Deliveries for Northern Ireland has a flat rate of 250£.
  • SimbashoppingUK will not deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Clear Delivery Information

  • Whilst you’re browsing any of our products, you can clearly see the Delivery Information under the title of the product.
  • Deliveries are GROUND DELIVERIES, transit time: 2/5 working days (for Northern Ireland transit time is 6/7 working days).
  • The Customer’s delivery date and time shall be an all day delivery. The Carrier will call you in advance to set an appointment.
  • Someone must be present and available to sign for the Products at the selected delivery address at which point delivery is completed.

Installation

  • We do not offer installation service.
  • All our products are provided with clear illustrated instructions that make the installation easy.
  • We recommend professional installation. Our team will be glad to assist you in case of need of further clarification.

Inspection of the Product upon delivery

  • If the Products are faulty upon delivery, the Customer must inform the Driver and reject the Products and contact our Customer Service team via email simbashoppinguk@gmail.com whilst the driver is present. The driver will then remove the Products and the Customer must NOT sign for the Products or must only sign as “DAMAGED”.
  • If you sign & accept the goods as in “GOOD CONDITION” SimbashoppingUK cannot be held responsible for any damage therafter. SimbashoppingUK cannot accept any claim for damage where the Product is not unwrapped and inspected at the time of delivery. If the customer is not happy with the Products please follow our Acceptance & Returns procedure.
